| Terms Payment & Deposits: We accept payments via Paypal or Postal Money Order. A 35% non-refundable deposit is due to hold an animal and will do so for 14 days. Payment plans are available in most reasonable cases. Although the deposit is non-refundable it may be transferred to another available animal. After your payment is made you have 48 hours to receive a full refund (unless otherwise noted). Should you notify us regarding the payment after the 48 hours you will receive an 85% refund. All matters will be handled on a case by case basis. Shipping: The animal must be paid in full before shipping is arranged. Once you have safely made your transaction your dragon will be shipped at your convenience between Monday - Thursday as long as the weather permits. If we determine it is unsafe and unethical to ship an animal we will hold the animal until an agreed on better opportunity arrives. If we determine shipping is unsafe we will not charge any fees for holding the animal. We ship through Fed Ex Next Day Air and in some cases UPS when necessary. Guarantee: Our animals are guaranteed as long as you are there to sign upon the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for carrier delays or complications. In any case please do contact us and everything that can be done will. If there are any signs that your dragon is not 100% healthy, you must contact us within 48 hours after its arrival. All health issues and concerns will be handle on a case by case basis. We want to ensure you have the happiest healthiest dragon possible, and that you are happy as well! |
